About the Owner
Steven Minert started this company with the clear motivation to provide honest service to the hard working business owners of Nashville, Tennessee. When MSP was launched in January 2023, Steven established the company’s principles on biblical values.
Regardless of who the customer is, MSP does not waver in their integrity of service. With one clear statement of motivation, “We understand that business need non-stop operations, that is why we provide non-stop service.”
Rooted in the company’s values is a clear sense of purpose in how MSP intends to support the development of the growing Nashville metropolitan area, while still ensuring that each customer feels valued and not just like another number.
Throughout Steven’s 10 years as a commercial plumber, one trait he consistently strives to build with each customer is a professional relationship, understanding that MSP’s top priority is ensuring the customer’s business remains fully operational without any plumbing or mechanical issues.
